hello, twenty twelve post image

Happy new year!

I have a post brewing in my brain, but we are off to the beach today, and I can’t get it together. Still, I wanted to get that Christmas tree off of the top of my blog. We de-Christmased the house yesterday; I wanted to do the same here. I leave you with a photo more in keeping with my current mindset.

I’ll be back soon with the typical blather you expect from me. (Reflections and resolutions, keep mingling in that brain!)

Looks like we share some mindset! Enjoy the beautiful weather we are having and much peace to you in 2012. Looking forward to more inspiration and sustenance from you this year.

Happy 2012, Amy! I’m so impressed with what you and Molly have done for your families’ health! The inspiration has flowed back in this direction, as evidenced by my basket of fruits and veggies!

Love the picture and love the fact that you were at the beach today! I grabbed some fish tacos on the pier after an invigorating beach walk today and was again reminded of the amazing place we call home.

Looking forward to hearing your resolutions!

We’d hoped to drive to the mountains for a little snow and skiing, but when that didn’t pan out, we opted for the beach instead. My ten-year-old frolicked shirtless! Crazy California. Happy new year, Cari!

I envy you being able to bike to the market and going to the beach! It’s 20 degrees here but not enough snow to really play in yet. Have fun!

It is nice to be able to hike and bike in the winter, but I always feel like I’m missing out on snow. A little of that would be nice, but we pretty much never get it here. I experience it vicariously by blog-hopping…

Here’s wishing you a wonderful new year and snow for playing in!
